Nombre de proceso en W2000

Buenas …
alguien sabe como se llama el proceso que controla el modem en un w2000 ?? ...en W98 es "rnaapp" .... pero no se como es en el 2000 ...
Tambien agradeceria que alguien me comentase una web con información sobre los servicios que se cargan en el arranque ... para desactivar los que no sean necesarios para monopuesto.
