Conectar tarjeta realtek a av receiver

Hola, me gustaria que alguien me dijera la razon por la cual cuando conecto a mi pc por una salida optica al av receiver no puedo oirlo correctamente. Solo me sale por un altavoz. Y el resto no hace efecto home.
Una ayudita por favor -

O la conexión está mal en algún punto o uno de los dispositivos (origen o destino) no está configurado correctamente.
