Problema con el portio.dll

Bueno pues resulta que antes iba todo perfecto, he formateado y ahora al cargar el smartie me dice que no se carga el portio.dll he reinstalado y nada alguna sugerencia?

Vamos a ver.. no importa q tengas 500 copias en cada directorio, si no esta cargado en memoria como si no esta….. mete el programa este http://www.burched.com.au/pp%5Cport95nt.exe
por cierto, yo tengo uno en system32, otro en la carpeta del smartie y otro en la del crystalcontrol…
pero si no isntalas el programa ese de ahi arriba NO TIRARA nunca, es uno de los requisitos para el lcd, es tan vital como q el esquema este bien montado... ademas, no creo q te cueste mucho probar, no creo q llegue al mega.
