Peltier "Varias Dudas"

Bueno hace tiempo ya escribi algo sobre el tema del peltier y me voy a poner de nuevo a montarlo.
Mis dudas son:
1º Alguien sabe donde se compra la grasa dielectrica esa?.
2º Donde se compra el neopreno para forrar la placa?
3º Vale como coldplate una chapa de aluminio de 2mm de grosor?. O tiene que ser de cobre?.
4º Alguien sabe acerle una modificacion a la fuente de alimentacion para que en la linea de 12V de asta 15.2V?.Un SaLu2.
