Compatibilida disipadores

voy a comprar un VGA "HeatPiep" Zalman ZM-80 CHP y un disipador CPU-thermalright SLK947U y queria saber si son compatibles con una targeta grafica AGP 128Mb GEFORCE4 MX 440 DDR TV y una placa base Sis645 ASUS P4S533-E ATX DDR ATA133 soc. Si alguien ha probado estos disipadores, me podria decir como le han ido?

En lo referente al ZALMAN lo único indispensable en un primer momento es que la tarjeta gráfica tenga alrededor del procesador gráfico los agujeros de anclaje, ya que el ZALMAN se engancha en ellos y no en el procesador gráfico.
