La verdad es que no creo que exista, no he visto nunca ninguno, a parte el puerto agp usa voltaje diferente y tiene más transferencia.
Vamos yo diría que no… haber si alguien me corrige.

No he visto un adaptador de esos, agp y Pci son arquitecturas diferentes
