Disipas BGA, memorias mas calientes?

Buenas, tengo unos disipas BGA cobre d revoltec en una XpertVision. La cosa es q ya se q el cobre tarda mas a transmitir el calor al aire, pero es q se calientan tanto q el atitool me da artifacts
kynes o alguien de su estilo xD, ayuda.. :vayatela:
