He conseguido que mi prescott a 3,6 ghz sea estable a 1,27v, tiene esto algun efecto negativo a largo plazo para el procesador por una "posible" falta de energía ??

Nada, por defecto no te va a pasar nada. Mejor que mejor.

como as conseguido vajar el voltaje del procesador? en mi placa asus p4c800- deluxe solo me deja bajarlo hasta 1.375V, ya me contaras , lo de la memoria si he podido hacerlo tengo las mismas que tu
