La cuestion es si al utilizar un nuevo navegador: opera, mozila, netscape, ¿como puedo importar la lista de favoritos del explorer?

Mozilla y Netscape (que son casi lo mismo, aunque prefiero mozilla) te importarán tus favoritos de IE durante la instalación. No tendrás que hacer nada.
