Problema con Mother P5KC y placa PCI

Hola compañeros foreros….
Se me ha presentado un prolema y no consigo solucionarlo. Instalé una placa PCI AverMedia: AVerTV super 007 (para capturar video) y cuando inicio el SO no la detecta. La probé en otra máquina y no hay problema, al toque inicia y sale Hardware encontrado….
Me imagino que debe ser un tema de configuración del Puerto PCI o del Mother en General, qué me recomiendan, Mi mother es Asus P5KC.
Ahora tengo instalado el XP, pero no es un tema del SO. Me pa que es un tema de Bios, actualice el Bios a la versión 1105 y la detecto como una ethernet, cuando reinicio dejo de detectarla…
Qué puede ser?
Espero puedan ayudarme, gracias de antemano. -
