Oc a phenon 2 920 alguien lo ha hecho

Pues eso tengo intencion de subir mi phenon 2 920 quiesiera subirlo a 3.0 o3.2 y me gustaria saber si alguien lo ha hecho y que tal le va temperaturas y tal es para el pc de mi firma nunca he realizado un oc me he leido varios tutoriales y googleado un buen rato pero si alguien lo ha hecho por estas frecuencias y me dice como lo ha hecho pues mejor que mejor.
