Mini portatil wonder media 8650 con Adroid 2.2

Buenas tardes. Me dirijo a vosotros para ver si podeis ayudarme con un problema que tengo con un mini portatil andriod de 7". El problema es que no hay manera de conectar a internet a traves del wifi, aunque detecta la señal y la califica de excelente. Mi mujer y mi hija tienen sus portatiles y tras poner la contraseña, conectan solos y sin problema, pero con el chiquitin no hay mamera. A veces lo he conseguido, pero solo aguanta un rato. Por favor, sialguien sabe la manera de solocionar esto, agradeceria que me la explicase.
