Covertir webcam en camara ip

Hola
me gustaría convertir mi webcam USB en una especie de cámara IP y acceder remotamente a esa cámara (o al pc que la soporta). Para ello, a ver si alguien conoce algún programa que me permita una funcionalidad parecida, aunque tenga que estar permanentemente encendido el ordenador a la que la webcam esté caonectada.
