PROBLEMAS EN BF1 CON GTX 1060 Y I7 2600

Hace bastante tiempo he tenido problemas con Battlefield 1. In game se presentan bajones de FPS garrafales, la GPU llega muy pocas veces a 99% de carga y las temps ni sobrepasan los 50ºc, pasando a procesador, ni llega a 80% de carga y se mantiene entre 60 y 70ºc. Dejo mi Hardware mas abajo.
Con mi Internet de los dioses (4MB) me mantengo jugando con altisimas tasas de latencia en servidores de Brasil, 200 a 250ms, podría esto estar ocasionando los bajones de Fps? o simplemente falta poder desde la Fuente? (Spektra 400w)
-Cpu: i7 2600 3.4gHz, Cooler Stock.
-Gpu: Msi Gtx 1060 3gb
-Ram: 16gb 1333mHz Kingstone
-Placa: Asus Sabertooth z77
-Psu: Explosiva Spektra 400wPor ultimo, cuando la GPU llega a 99% de carga el juego se mantiene a 60Fps y de repente baja de 99 a 70 de carga ocasionando los bajones

Por lo que puedo ver, esa marca (Spektra) se considera genérica, así que si tienes el más mínimo aprecio por tu hardware, pon algo decente, mínimo 550W con certificación energética Bronze
