A ver,el significado de que las memorias son de 3,3.3,3.6 ns son nanosegundos??? o nanometros??

No hombre, son nanosegundos, nanometros es nm y es una unidad de longitud, la primera es de tiempo.

Jajaja, no hombre, novato no. simplemente era de logica…no tiene sentido mesurar las memorias en nanometros...si fuera asi, no tendria sentido...donde se han visto memorias tan pequeñas!! seria una pasada!!
ya me veo con 256 terabytes en un solo modulo RAM
