Cd Autobootable de WinME

¿Como puedo hacer un cd Autobootable para la instalacion de este SO ? Tengo una version descargada de unos 200Mb, y claro solo se puede instalar desde windows o con diskete de arranque, pero necesito hacer un cd con autoboot. ¿alguien sabe cómo?
