13-inch portable recommendation

The truth is that I'm a bit confused, the battery thing, if it's better to have a lot, then if i3 or i5 is really worth it. HP Pavilion DV3-4140es i5-460M/4GB/500GB/HD5470/13.3" XM721EA#ABE Laptop
it has better dedicated graphics than the Toshiba, and in general HPs perform very well.
The differences between all of them are minimal (leaving aside that the Asus has an i3 and would be behind the others), but I can tell you from experience with HP. Some colleagues speak very well of Samsung and Asus, which, in truth, on paper have very good characteristics, although the top of the range of these three is a priori the Toshiba.Regards
