Hello everyone, the thing is that my steering wheel arrived today and I started playing Rfactor, and the thing is that it starts very well, I do a few laps on the "X" circuit and after a while it stops working, the steering wheel's lcd lights up and it restarts "I think" that's what it does.

      What could it be?

If anyone can guide me I would appreciate it

      Thanks in advance.

I wouldn't know what to tell you because it doesn't happen to me. Try downloading the latest drivers and if it persists you could try with realfeel to see if it keeps happening. It could be a USB issue, check if your computer is set to performance mode, just to rule it out.

hi mate thanks for mentioning realfeel. I installed it and it seems to be working well for now. I also changed it to a different USB port because it was connected to the front USB on the card reader and maybe that wasn't the best option, so I connected it directly to a rear USB on the motherboard. And so far it hasn't crashed again.

It could be that it was the issue, nolose. But for now it's not failing, I've been running for a while in Monaco and it's going well.

It often happens that front USB hubs slow down the operation of certain elements when connected or cause them to fail or not be recognized correctly.
With the drivers and having it connected in the back there should be no problem.
For future USB components of a "heavy" nature (I don't say this because of the size, but because of the effectiveness that is expected from them) remember to connect them in the back :sisi:

Thanks for the reply sylver. But it is true that it did not have the "juice" it should for its proper functioning since I connected it to the motherboard "rear USB" it has never failed again.
