Hello everyone!!!!
Thanks to this forum and the comments of many of its users, I have managed to get information about my problem to try to avoid being cheated, and that is why I want to share my problem with all of you so that it does not happen to any more users.
I have made other orders previously without problems with PC Componentes, but it is in the last one when my problems with this store begin.
And it is that at the same moment I receive the order and open the box with all the components, I find the processor box like this:
As you can understand, the first thing I did after finding this was to open the box (which came with its sticker/seal removed) and check if the correct processor was inside.
I found the processor as I show you now:
At that same moment, I get in touch with them at their "payment number" and they literally say that "this is not covered by the warranty", to which I respond that what I want is to return the item as it arrived at my door. Since Wednesday 12/09/2012, the day I received the order, they have been spinning me around and have even called me by mistake so much that they have talked to me and they still have not given me solutions to this day.
They claim that this problem has never happened to them and that mine is an isolated case and that nothing similar has ever happened to them, to which I responded with this link:
Indignado con www.pccomponentes.com - HardLimit
Honestly, I think they are trying to foist a processor on me that has been the victim of some test or review by them and on top of that it comes defective, in addition to the fact that I cannot test the rest of the items (case, graphics card, ram, motherboard, etc...) since I do not have an AM3 or AM3+ CPU, which entails a lot.
On top of all this, I have asked them through 3 different channels (email, phone and ticket) to send me a complaint form, so that I can have something to hold onto if I have to proceed with the complaint I plan to make if they do not fulfill their obligations.
For my part and seeing that I do not receive a response (except this morning on Saturday to ask me for a contact email) on Monday I will proceed to send them the return of the piece in question (a shipment that I will pay out of pocket).
I have thought about the MRA but the same guy who attended me (these people need an intensive course in Customer Service) literally said "that when it arrives you will have to pay for it anyway because that is not covered by the warranty". So I think the return is the best option.
If anyone else has had a similar treatment from this company, I would appreciate your personal experience. For my part, I communicate the treatment they have given me and the poor management they are doing of my case (it seems that they only want the 7 days of return to pass...).
Good luck to anyone who places an order with this "people", for my part I will not buy anything from them again nor advise anyone about this "site".
Thanks again to the forum and all its members for all the information I have been able to gather from them, keep it up

First of all, I don't like it when a post like this is a user's first one, because as you can understand, you don't have any reference that tells us it's not a post defaming a competitor (not everything is SPAM in this life).
Second, the text formatting should be the one we use by default, like they do in the post you link.
Third, although spending money on something and it arrives damaged is a pain :eoh:, you always have to differentiate between transport shocks (max. 24h to claim), and defective or damaged merchandise, which will always be the seller's responsibility, unless previously agreed.
Having said all this, from the photos it looks like a transport shock, although without seeing the state of the packaging that housed it, it can't be confirmed. If the box was fine, claim from PCC, if not, after 24h you lost the option to use the Transport Agency's insurance, and it has a difficult solution <:(
Salu2! and Good Luck

That looks like a good hit and I dare say it's from Seur, unfortunately I suffer from them both personally and professionally, they are not all the same, but I don't know how busy they are or how little staff they have but these cases are very frequent with that company, as your colleague Fassou says the first 24 hours are crucial as they are covered by the insurance that Seur has with the business. Saludos and I hope they can solve it for you. -
My goodness, if it's just a pin and it's not broken, straighten it and you're done, it doesn't cost that much, I'm sure the computer will work.

My God, if it's just a pin and it's not broken, straighten it and you're done, it's not that expensive, the micro should work for sure.
man …. Kernel1.0 that's not the point, after paying around 177 euros, you don't have to start straightening pins or if tomorrow, you want to sell the micro, the packaging will be a mess :wall: the issue here is whether the packaging that had all the items was damaged or just the micro's (after re-reading the thread, I understand that only the micro's) the most likely is that they were playing a game in the PcComponentes warehouse with your micro and when they finished, they checked the correct state of the ball. They must have really hit the box hard, because knowing how AMD's packaging is, to bend a pin ….. is the heatsink intact?
regards and good luck. -
I'm not saying it's not annoying, because it is. But since it's just a pin and not very bent, you can put it back in, and if the micro doesn't work, process an RMA.

he says that it arrived with the seal open… it looks like someone bought that micro, tried to assemble it, damaged a pin, and returned the micro to pccomponentes. then pcc sold it to this forum member and you know the rest. -

Sorry that this is my first post, but as I indicate that having found information in this forum about this topic is why I wanted to share my personal experience, as it is similar. And no, I don't deal with the buying and selling of computer materials like this company and I'm not competition in case you feel more at ease. I am motivated by more mundane reasons like helping people so that the same thing doesn't happen to them as it did to me.
I change the formatting to the standard model.
I checked that the problem was with the transport, but both the box containing the microprocessor and the boxes of the graphics card, ram, motherboard, etc... all came in another cardboard box containing the others. All the other boxes are fine and although I couldn't test the rest of the components I assume they are in perfect condition. Also, I reported this problem the same day I received the order at my home, specifically about 2 hours after receiving it, I think it would fall within the 24-hour period if it were due to transport.
Replying to another user, it's not a bent pin, it's 2 pins and I don't know how to straighten it, besides I bought a new micro not a used one with bent pins and having to take it to a watchmaker to straighten the pins with the risk of ending up breaking them. Also, if they are pins that make mass it could disrupt the functioning of the micro. And again, don't straighten the pins of the micro although I've seen tinkering on san google.
Thanks for all your comments and I apologize again for any doubts my previous post may have generated, etc.

If the outer packaging was fine, and the damage to the processor packaging does not justify breaking the seal, then you must claim from PCC, who will send you a new one.

The bad thing about this is that it is always their word against yours and there is rarely a feasible solution for the consumer.
-
You have nothing to lose by trying, my previous complaints with PCComponentes have always been successful if it costs me anything.

Well here I am still waiting since Wednesday for a response…. On Friday they called me about 4 times and on the last call they said they would get in touch in 10 or 15 minutes… And well it's now Monday.
That said, on Saturday morning they did reply to the ticket I put in to ask them "politely" to send me a complaint form, a form that I have requested through 3 channels (phone, web, email) and I still haven't received.
In the end I will be forced to call their payment number this afternoon for the last time and if they don't give me a solution I will automatically send the micro for a return under the same conditions as when I received it. That said, the return postage will be my responsibility as usual...
If 1 in 10 buyers are sent something "crooked" for return, just by going halfway with SEUR they have a very good source of extra profits in these times of crisis these "individuals"...
This is my last purchase from these PCMamoncetes and good luck to anyone who places an order with them (I hope they fare better than I did)...
