hello everyone, I want to buy a new computer and I have requested several quotes from some stores I know, they are all around 650€ more or less, I would like to have opinions regarding them or any comments or criticisms of their parts or models that can help me decide for one or the other.
thank you very much to all.

Hello:
To help you better, tell us what you will use the PC for. It is not the same if you want a gaming PC, than one only for office work, one for working with video editing programs - photos etc.
Depending on this, we can create a PC by parts for a similar budget, that has good performance depending on the task it is intended for. For office work, almost any computer is suitable, for games a good graphics card and a micro are preferred, for video editing, an equal or worse graphics card is suitable and that budget is used for a better micro and more memory etc.

Detail what use you will give it and based on that we will tell you one thing or another

ok, sorry for the oversight.
I will use the computer for cad 2d-3d, sketch up, and solidworks, some games will probably work too, and then the usual leisure activities, browsing, downloading, movies etcthanks

So a bit by eye… so you can see that for that budget you can make a better tower.

I've put components for you to be orientative, but they don't have to be those components. If you need a DVD burner, that's 18€ more. You can save on memory, put some cheaper memory, even a more basic motherboard and what you save you put into a better graphics card, but in the end the price will be similar. The power supply and the case the same. The case is a matter of taste and the power supply a decent one of 60€ doesn't go below.
You need an I5, at least 8 Gigabytes of memory, the graphics card doesn't have to be high-end, for sporadic gaming. If you can afford an I5 2500K it would be great, good overclocking capability. You would need a better cooler than the one that comes with it for Overclocking, but at first you can not overclock it and use the one that comes with the micro. The graphics card for gaming in Full HD you have to leave near the 150-200€ in the graphics card. Something like the Ati 7850 would be good, but it can go over price. It's all about giving priority to one component or another. For 20€ more you have double the capacity for the hard drive... it's all about seeing priorities, but rest assured that for your budget you can put together something better than the computers you indicated.
If you want we can adjust more and together we can put together the ideal equipment so that you go to the table set, knowing what components to buy and that's it, if you don't want to break your head, my components are orientative as I told you. That said, you will assemble the computer yourself ;D If you don't know how to assemble it, assembling a PC can cost you about 30-40€ but it's quite easy and we can all help you, it's worth assembling your own PC, you learn more and you get over your fear of tinkering :troll:
And I finish, never, but never assemble a decent PC with a mediocre power supply. It can break - burn or give a voltage surge and take out components of the computer. The power supply should always be from a brand of some prestige, never skimp on the power supply. You don't need one of 100€ but also not a brand PAVO of 15-20€ made in China... for many W that the box says it has :osvaisacagar:

Couldn't have said it better

100% agree with AMD125, especially on the choice of the motherboard, nowadays ASRock offers very good quality for the price, better than asus or gigabyte.
On the other hand, I would choose CORSAIR memory over GsKill, for warranty reasons.
