Yes, I know BenQ is pretty good, and mostly because I have one that has lasted for many years perfectly. So ASUS is not worth it? Dismissed then. In the end I did go to a relative's house to try it out.
The thing is that I don't notice it so well in color. Do you know what could be? Playing with the brightness and contrast? Although I don't do much..
And the sound is pretty good. -
Yes, you have to calibrate it manually from the OSD (monitor menu)
I took my time to calibrate mine, and more so with HDMI, which showed me the colors as brighter. Play with the brightness, reduce it a little and leave the contrast at 50%.
Then in the color option, tweak it to your liking, because for example, my blues came out very strong and I had to lower the blue level a bit, you will see this to your liking.Regards
