Gaming PC, which components do you recommend?

Well, I would like to build a PC exclusively for gaming, both PC games and emulators, whether it's the Wii emulator Dolphin or the PS2 emulator, etc.
I would like to spend a maximum of 1000 euros just for the tower, since I already have a monitor and speakers. Initially, I have set my sights on these components, such as the CPU, graphics card, and HD, which would be these:

-- Motherboard, which one do you recommend that doesn't exceed 160 euros?

--The power supply I have one from my old machine, a Tagan TG 530-U22 - 530W with Active PFC. I don't know if it will be enough for the current components since the power supply is from 2005, I barely used it for about 8 months and left the PC aside because I got a laptop. I'll give you the specifications of this one:

The power supply itself keeps its fans at very low speeds to achieve a minimum noise level of 21 dba to a maximum of 28dba, it can even deactivate one of its fans to achieve the minimum noise. When it detects high consumption and higher temperatures, it accelerates its fans so that the heat does not affect its great stability.

This new version allows us to divide the 12v channel (manually selectable), so we can have a single 12v channel that is more robust if necessary. It has a grille on its upper part, which has allowed it to lower its internal temperature, so it does not heat the processor, and thus allowing the fans to be at a minimum level.

It has Active PFC, 4 power connections for S-ATA hard drives, and complies with ATX 1.2, 1.3 and 2.03 standards, AtX connector of 20 and 24 pins, for PCI-Express cards. It has 2 PCI-Express power connectors

Hello

The components you put me seem good, I would probably change that GTX 660 Ti for a 7870.
For boards and for that budget, I would build an ASRock Extreme6 (Asrock Z77 Extreme6 90-MXGJK0-A0UAYZ Motherboard)

That power supply, for little use it has or for efficient it is I would change it. Mostly because it is already old and without warranty it is a danger, and also because the total power seems to me to be scarce.
Look at a Corsair or an OCZ of 650W or more, they have quite a warranty and are very very efficient.

I'll get a new power supply, I've chosen Nvidia because I like the brand, I already know that ATI has better prices but I don't like their drivers.
I'm going to change the CPU for an i5 3570k which performs better in games than an i7-3770.
Then I'm going to get a motherboard for 100 euros since I'm investing in the power supply.

The doubt I have is whether to get a 600 or 620w power supply.
I've looked at these two;

Will these be good for my system?

Aerocool wouldn't put it, today I don't trust them. NOX is not a bad option.
I personally would put a Corsair TX650 V2, for me it has everything desirable: power, efficiency, silence, 5 years of direct warranty and all the recommended certificates. The only drawback I put is that it is not modular, although there is the same model in modular but more expensive.
The power that would suit you is between 600W and 650W, if it is within that range don't worry.

More brands you can look at within good quality and efficiency: OCZ, Silverstone, Be Quiet...
