        @Tecnho:

I add this new store that has a good variety and good prices.

PC Outlet, low cost computer - PC Outlet - Informática Low Cost

Thanks Tecnho. To say that it is from my company, so any questions you have you can ask me here, as well as through the contact form on the website. We still have many things to polish, such as translation errors, or category images that we still need to introduce, but it is 100% functional for placing orders, and we finally have card payment active.

PS: A joke we have in the office is that we are so cheap because we do not spend a dime on advertising or graphic designer, so that the products cost you less.

Yesterday I picked up a 21-inch computer screen from APP Informática in San Juan de Alicante to connect to my laptop. I ordered it along with a keyboard, a mouse, and a device for multiple USBs. I let the shopkeeper advise me, who very convincingly offered me one that was very good and would be great for me. When I got home, I saw that it only had VGA connection and that my computer is not compatible with that connection.
This afternoon I went to the store to see if they could exchange it. They do not accept returns or exchanges. They claim that an exchange is a return + a new purchase. I told them that I would not leave without a solution. Since I would not leave, they called the Local Police to make me leave the store. So, a complaint form, a possible complaint from the store against me for refusing to leave without a solution, 105 euros lost, for the moment (I hope to solve it in Consumo) and an LG screen that is useless to me.
Why are they so stupid in local commerce if they need us, their customers, so much?
NOTICE TO ALL: Be very careful not to buy anything at APP Informática, look how they treat you. They have a sign written in size 11, surrounded by other signs and larger, more readable ads, warning that they do not accept returns.

Good reflote, for almost 3 years old...

To be honest, it's not excessively strange, since laptops usually only come with VGA connection for monitors (the older models). A very important detail is that you have to pay attention to what you buy, to the features and specifications, because it's common knowledge that in a store they will always try to sell you any product to satisfy their own interests, not yours, that's why you have to go well prepared and with some prior idea, because otherwise you're lost.

On the other hand, it's not the end of the world, it's not that this screen is useless for you, it's just that depending on the connection your laptop has, you can connect it through an adapter to VGA.

Anyway, APP has never caught my attention for their prices and I also don't have any physical store nearby, I almost always buy what I need online, it's one of the best ways to save money.

            Regards

To highlight without getting into trouble that I can't give an opinion due to lack of knowledge, is that the apps, like pcbox, are franchises and they are not all the same, each worker is a world and the knowledge at the time of sale differentiates one store from another.

I have bought little things with them, like cheap peripherals, but generally I inform myself before buying. Each store is a world and if you get a dunce, well, bad luck.

Anyway, for your first post, if you start like this, I suppose you must have registered on more websites to expose your problem and make bad publicity. I think you are within your rights, but on websites like this or others like it, in general people have enough knowledge to buy a product knowing what they are buying, and precisely the people who buy without knowing what they are buying, they usually are not on forums.

That being said, since Amazon has been in Spain I have bought from them several times and at a good price they usually add an excellent after-sales service, if you had bought from them you would have had a period of 30 days to return the product without problems.

Otherwise, franchises usually do not have the best prices and are good for buying a not very expensive product that gets you out of trouble, but when you buy something of a certain price it is better to look at other online stores in general.

I agree with amd125, every store is a world, because fortunately there are decent people who advise buyers correctly and who speak from sincerity, and then in most large chains or franchises there are always people put there with the goal of "selling the bike" as it is usually said, with all due respect to the sellers and sales assistants who do their job with the utmost professionalism, but unfortunately these situations are seen a lot…

Greetings and look at the adapter, it won't be very expensive depending on the connection you need.

Amen to what Tecnho and Amd125 said. Not all employees are the same, and I don't think it's a good practice to register on a forum to discredit a chain of stores because of a problem in one.

For my part, I have 3 App stores in my area. I don't go to one because it's not convenient for me by car or on foot, and I don't get along with the employee at the other one that's nearby, so lately I've been going to the third one. But anyway, I haven't had any problems with any of them.

Thank you very much. This afternoon I will go to the Shopping Center to see about the Adapter. The thing is that I trusted that store. I like to help local businesses. But actions like these make me look more towards buying online. I am happy for the Internet. A shame for local businesses.
The thing is that as I don't have much time I said, I'm going to the store of these really nice guys and they will advise me. Well, I would have been better off asking my mother for advice, who perhaps would have known more about what I might need.
Anyway, thank you very much. And I will end up at MediaMark (much to my regret that I don't like it) buying the adapter.

                      Best regards!

It might be cheaper to get the adapter on Ebay or the internet, I say this in case you have to go to the store, because they are really not expensive and even paying for shipping it might still be worth it to not leave the house, take a look at it first.

Hello, how is the Aussar online store??

At PCC I stopped buying anything, lately their reputation leaves much to be desired and I don't trust them. And no, I'm not going to buy there, then the RMA issue and everything I've read... like PCC has lost its way in these years..

Izarmicro, it comes out to almost 40€ more compared to the previous ones, I don't understand that of choosing the product and removing the VAT, to then add it again, but to all the products, this way it comes out more expensive, apart from the shipping...

Coolmod, they barely have anything, apart from the fact that I haven't bought there in years...

Then I saw Aussar, I don't know it, I haven't seen bad reviews on that store, the order comes out 8€ more expensive than at PCC, which is already better.

                          Suggestions??

Thomann.de: Positive shipping | Positive RMA | Positive Business Management/Orders

They offer 3 years of warranty and 30 days for return. There is also free shipping from 299€, the problem is the shipping price, 20€ even if you order a cable.

The first RMA I did was for a volume control for speakers, the manufacturer repaired the main potentiometer, it didn't take long. I have the Beyer Dynamic MMX-300 in the RMA process, the left woofer is slightly damaged. The store's management has been good, if there are problems it would be on the part of the manufacturer, I don't think they would be silly with expensive headphones.
