Well, I've already passed the halfway point of the game and honestly, the ability to upgrade weapons is a big plus, and the bow is one of the best. It's challenging to keep up the pace and have everything maxed out, so it forces you to choose what you want to improve, both in skills and weapons, and that changes the way you play and face enemies a bit. I think that's something completely new in the series.

As they mention in the Eurogamer video, the script lacks a bit of charm, like Uncharted, but it gives you the freedom to move wherever you want and go at your own pace if you want to search for all the treasures and tombs or go straight to the plot, and that's very positive because it doesn't make you feel like you're on rails.

The good thing is that the story gets better (we'll see the ending...), it starts very fast and with action, unlike others that start slow and with a lot of explanations (then you'll see flashbacks from before the island) and I even thought the game was too short because it seems like the story ends, but it keeps changing pace and situations, perhaps a bit suddenly, to take you from one side to another, quite epic like the plane scene. And as you collect fragments, you learn about the background story, as always with fantastic touches, which I haven't fully figured out yet, but it's interesting.

It seems unbelievable that they only change Lara's hair, who, on the other hand, on the PC is like a mop... you have to get used to it I suppose. But anyway, on the PS3 it looks great, Lara is still a console girl ?

I found this wallpaper really funny: Tomb Raider Lara Croft reborn artwork playground fan art - Wallpaper (#2686455) / Wallbase.cc I think it's the biggest flaw of the game, they went a bit too far with Lara's brutality, the explosive arrows are too much lol. But anyway, I finished it, good ending, not too difficult but quite epic "a survivor is born"

Uff, that's not it... I've read a lot of info about it and I must say that I'm eager to "get my hands on Lara", I mean... play the new TR :ugly:
But between work stories, family issues, the motorcycle and that I'm re-playing the two HL expansions and Black Mesa Source, I have little time!!!
That said, I've enjoyed it like a kid, really.

Besides, I'd rather have it polished well before I start... I'm tired of games that you buy as soon as they come out and you eat all the bugs you can.
Anyway... my list is so long, that I'm just playing as I feel like it, which stresses me out, haha.
But I do plan to play it at least this year xDDDD

The wallpaper is funny, although if you look at the accentuation of features, you discover that Lara has changed so much since her origins that it becomes nostalgic to think about the first titles… :llorar:

Sin contar con la nueva Lara (2013), creo que la de 2008 y 2006 son los modelados más "bonitos"…pero bueno debo reconocer que todas ellas me gustan xD
Hombre, hay que reconocer que siempre tiene una silueta que se parece en todos los bocetos...pero lo que cambia de unos a otros es que unas veces le ponen mas o menos delantera :ugly:

Bueno pues lo tengo en la lista de espera ya, esperando a acabar Alan Wake (los controles me estan volviendo loco), y Far Cry3, que lo pille de oferta a $30 hace un par de dias y de momento me esta encantando, es una vuelta los origenes despues de los trunyos de FC2 y Crisis 2…

Con tantos buenos comentarios me entran ganas de meterle mano ya, a ver si le doy canya al FC3, pero es que explorando la isla se me van horas :ugly:
