Taking as a reference the thread by hAyO, open one focused on the average configuration of a computer, either in March and November, or at least once a year.
I don't think it's necessary to expose as much variety as in that thread (Intel or AMD and features from more to less), but a base model that serves as a guide to the components marketed on that date.
