Hello everyone… how long... 4 years by what I see.
I have two news, one good and one bad:
-
The good one is that you will see me again around here

-
The bad one is that not as much as before... now I have responsibilities ;D
I suppose I will go through the private area and I will give more details but I thought it would be convenient to introduce myself again because there will be new people who at most will have read some of my posts from the raspa year.
PD: Actually I was going to put directly a post of a project I have in mind so that you can give me your opinion but I thought that maybe more than one would fall off the chair... besides this way I leave you with the intrigue :troll:

Well, welcome, I missed you, I remember your posts from when I joined hardlimit, you were one of the ones I read the most back then, so I'm glad to see you back on the forum.

coñe! un espinete!
Well, it's been a while since we've heard from you. You should start telling us how you're doing
-
Rebienvenido. La verdad es que me he preguntado unas cuantas veces qué había sido de ti.
-
Welcome back home Mr. Espinete!! I thought I would never see you again since my newfag days, but it seems that every veteran returns to the place of his beginnings at some point in life

It's a joy to have you back here, I hope to read you as often as possible

Greetings!

Endevé, you are selling yourself very expensively.
Anyway, I don't have words or my keyboard lacks keys to express my joy (well, let's see, it's not that much, let's not exaggerate), but in any case, it's a luxury that you come back here.:ugly:

Well, in part my absence has been conditioned by several factors.
The first is that I spent too much time on the internet… when I saw that I was not able to rationalize the time I spent on it, I had to cut it off decisively... I limited it to news and email.
Another factor that conditioned me was the economic one, I realized that I was short of money to continue having this hobby, so it didn't make much sense to stay up to date or to dedicate time when I had to prioritize other matters... those matters were, on the one hand, finishing my degree and, on the other, a physical health issue due to a motorcycle accident I had 7 years ago... I have already been operated on 4 times,... the last one last year around this time... balancing studies with treatments and surgeries is a mess, I can assure you... besides, you don't want to know how much money I've spent... besides, the results are not that great either ¬¬.
But now I'm more or less closing the circle:
- I finished my degree last year (well, December 2012).
- I started a master's degree (which required me to do a paid internship to finish it :wall:... it took 7 months to find one).
- I just started doing an internship and I have 2 months for now, we'll see.
- I have to do and present my master's thesis before September ends.
As an anecdote, I can tell you that the worst thing that has happened to me with the PC is that my PSU burned out two weeks before I had to hand in my final project and it almost gave me a heart attack because I had a deadline for being in a master's program without having finished my degree (you can do it if you only have the final project left)... fortunately, no components were ruined, but I spent two days disgusted by the intense smell of burning... of course, the computer had been running for several days with the CPU at full capacity, performing structural optimization calculations using finite elements, and a 8-year-old power supply, no matter how good it is, seems to be at its end... although after dismantling it, I saw that it had too much dust .
Advice: If your PSU warranty is about to expire, the best thing you can do is dismantle it and give it a cleaning every now and then ;D... if you were using the computer for important things, your heart would thank you.
So now we'll see if the job market gives me an opportunity or if I have to create it myself... anyway, the project I mentioned has to do with cases and cooling, but I will open a thread for it because, obviously, I need the opinion of the end user... I suppose I will finance this project via crowdfunding, but for that, I have to fine-tune and get the solutions right, otherwise it will be time wasted.

So now we'll see if the job market gives me a chance or if I'm the one who sets it up on my own... even so the project I told you about has to do with the subject of cases and cooling but I'll open a thread for the aforementioned position since obviously I need the opinion of the end user... I suppose that I will finance said project via crowdfunding but for that I have to fine-tune well and hit the right solutions otherwise it will be time thrown away.
I use it with a compressor and with some beers (
of those you don't steal :ugly: ) it gets pretty tidy, blocking the fan so as not to ruin it of course. If you don't have one at the gas station they might lend you one ;DGood luck with that job and your projects
