Keep in mind that the APU is only "half" of the graphics capability of your original equipment, the other half is integrated into the motherboard, so if the fault is there (as it seems) it could be a problem with either the motherboard or the micro.
It should also be clarified that when a discrete graphics card is connected, the integrated one is deactivated, which is why you don't have any problems now.
If it's still under warranty, get in touch with them and send them the motherboard and micro. The micro is from pccomponentes, according to what I've read, they're very bad for returns, so first I'm going to start the return process for the motherboard to Amazon, I think I bought it a week ago. Could there be any problems??. I'm thinking of saying that the PC has a graphics problem and that the micro has been tested on another motherboard that works well.

It would not be a return, it would be using the warranty, if a component is faulty, they should not be bad for changing it and if you are within 7 days, they should not give you problems.
Tell them what is happening to you and they should not put up any objections.

One explanation for image failures and sectors marked as defective is to have the memory misconfigured, although I find it hard to believe that the image would vibrate for this reason.
As you mention that when you enter the optimized values it gets worse, and that with another graphic it improves, I would focus on testing those memories well, putting stable values, before processing an RMA.
Salu2!

The memories passed the memoritest and had no problem.
They were not configured from the bios, with the serial configuration it did not work well and with the optimized one either.

And after updating the BIOS, you have loaded the default values as indicated in the instructions, right?

Today I have tested the new board and everything is perfect, no problems.
Conclusion: motherboard problem :alone:
