When I run sfc /scannow, I get an error
-
Hello everyone!
I've been using my new PC for about a month now, and I've run into a problem that I'm going to present to you. I hope you can guide me to a solution because I'm completely lost.
Some of you may remember that I intervened when I was looking for ways to set up this new PC. The result is as follows:
OS: Clean W10 Home (installed in store);
Case: ZALMAN Z9-U3;
Motherboard: ASUS Z170A;
CPU: INTEL i5-6600;
Cooler: Cool. Master Hyper 212 EVO;
RAM: G. Skill Ripjaws V (2x8GB) DDR4 2400;
Graphics card: XFX AMD R7-360;
HDD1: Samsung 850 EVO 250GB;
HDD2: WD EFRX 2TB Red;
HDD3: WD 1TB Green ();
DVD burner: LITE-ON iHAS324-17 24x;
PSU: CORSAIR RM 750i Gold Mod.;
Monitor: TFT 19” Samsung SyncMaster 970P ();
Keyboard + Mouse: Logitech MX5500 Revolution ();
Printer 1 Multifunc. HP C7280 ();
Printer 2 HP ENVY 5640
Media reader: CoolBox CR700;
Webcam: Quickcam pro 9000 ();
UPS: APC 650 BackUPS ().
(*) From the previous computer)
Internet connection ADSL 300-30Mbps.It seems like there's an error in the system.
When trying to install my 2007 printer, C7280, there's no way. I downloaded the recommended SW from the HP forum that I had to resort to, it does the installation well (both in USB and wifi) until it enters the "configuration" process, where the green line cursor sticks for about 8 minutes from left to right and in the end, an unrecoverable error appears, without a verifiable code, that forces you to exit after automatic uninstallation (although the HP SW is visible in Programs and Features.I proceeded to uninstall all HP SW, including the new printer that had been installed without problems first in USB and then in wifi because I exchanged it when I had problems with the C7280, and repeated the installation and nothing, it doesn't install.
In the HP forum, they told me to run the command sfc /scannow which I did and this is what came out:
Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.10586]
2015 Microsoft Corporation. All rights reserved.C:\\WINDOWS\\system32>sfc /scannow
Starting system scan. This process will take some time.
Starting the system scan check phase.
The scan is 100% complete.Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to repair some of them. For more details, see CBS.Log
windir\\Logs\\CBS\\CBS.log. For example, C:\\Windows\\Logs\\CBS\\CBS.log. Note that currently, offline scenarios are not supported for servicing.Among the solutions in case of failure is to enter in the administrator command prompt
findstr /c:"[SR]" %windir%\\Logs\\CBS\\CBS.log >"%userprofile%\\Desktop\\sfcdetails.txt"
and I got a file "sfcdetails.txt" on the desktop but it didn't indicate anything, it was empty.
From here I'm at a loss, because I don't know what to do, and that's why I'm turning to your help, because for HP the problem is in my PC, although I suspected that HP checks if I have original cartridges and that they are not expired.
P.D. I have to say that I have passed this test on my laptop HP DV6 Pavilion and it passed without problems, but here the Photosmart doesn't install well either. Please give me instructions as if I were a child in SW.
In case anyone wants to see my consultation to the HP forum, this is the link:

if the printer is old, it won't work on Windows 10, the same thing happens with webcams and other things

Buff… HP... my first scanner and printers were HP and although they worked very well I decided to avoid that brand because they did not support future operating systems.
That was over 15 years ago and it seems that they continue with the same policy.
Canon however does not do that and other brands I can not confirm but HP is the worst in that aspect.

Buff…

Good evening.
This request for help can be considered resolved, because I have run the sfc /scannow test again and it came out correct. I had previously run several tests and the error always came up.

I don't know if it's related, but last night I turned off the PC and when I turned it on this afternoon it did some Windows updates and also gave me a warning from Panda IS application protection about wanting to run "playstv_patch.exe" and asked me what to do. As I had no idea, I looked it up on the Internet and found 4 lines that talked about malware, so I denied the execution and also removed this executable from where it was "users/app/….local/temp".
After all this, I ran the test again and it came out fine.

So tomorrow I will try to install the darn printer again to see what happens.
Best regards.
