Can you attach a photo in these messages? I say this because it may be much easier to perhaps see the problem.

You can, by uploading them to a site and attaching the address... but if you don't see anything strange. You can try uninstalling the drivers. -
Reinstalling the printer may fix the error, but it would be good to know exactly what error it gives, lest it be a physical problem.
