I resurrected the thread and my own account after a lot of years
. I attached the score of a team that I have put together these days with parts that I had around the house and others bought at eBay and Wallapop auctions: x5670 2,93Ghz @ 4,08Ghz (170x24) 1.25V DDR-3 1700Mhz @ 11-11-11-30 (Liquid) -> 22,911s
-
Intel's record is 5 years old already

-
I have slightly optimized the overclock (more speed and less voltage) and I have slightly improved my previous score: x5670 2,93Ghz @ 4,27Ghz (178x24) 1.225V DDR-3 **1780Mhz** @ **11-11-11-30** (Liquid) -> **21,517s**
-
Here's a new entry... significantly improving the Top 1 of laptops
it's an HP ZBook Firefly 15 G7.i7 10540U @ 4.90GHz (100x49) 665 @ 10-10-10-28 (Air) -> 17,818''

-
And there improving the previous one... king's gift to my wife
1- krampak - Core i7 10870H @ 5.0Ghz -> 17,355''

Hello!!
Changing my old computer for the new AMD Ryzen 5 5600X.
The result is with stock values of cpu/memory/motherboard in a new Win10 installation and with the drivers/software of the hardware.
What a difference in times!!
-
@ Pablus77 Congratulations on the time! It was about time to put a new top1 in AMD jajaja 1Ghz less than the first generation Ryzen and equal time, not bad!
-
Technology has advanced quite a bit, here is a modest machine:
Yorus - Athlon 3000G @ 3.5Ghz (stock) -> 31,690''

-
@Yorus you see... We have real relics in the ranking

-

Uhm I see that it is still impossible to beat Intel in the PI

Don't provoke me, I'll blow your minds with MAD relic captures!

@Xevipiu ¿para cuando un Ryzen a 6Ghz?

@Xevipiu When will we see a Ryzen at 6Ghz?

Don't provoke me!
Look, first on Mobile, with an i9 10980HK ES

-

With the team at the firm

Ryzen 9 5900X @ 4900Mhz (49x100) 1'494V 1800Mhz 18-22-22-39 (RL) -> 15,760"

@krampak hello, I just saw that we are still on the two super Pi lists. Seeing how the market is, I'm thinking about how much I can get a Ryzen but that is compatible with DDR 5. Does bandwidth affect this test? Well, one of the features is that DDR5 offers more bandwidth. Regards to all my colleagues.
-
@jordiqui Hello buddy, if my memory does not fail me, SuperPi was very susceptible to memory, at least as far as latency is concerned. I am glad to see that you are still around hehe

@krampak my question is that @Xevipiu account is on the mobile or desktop version? Because I have the same process but I have it on Desktop, just in case one day I pass the Super Pi xD
Greetings!!
-
@krampak Dear friend, I owe everything I learned to you. I miss you very much. A big hug.

I leave this mess of a test, but the laptop does its job.

Core I3 M380@2530Ghz Ram 8Gb DDR3@ 666Mhz 1,5v
The screenshot of the ram when booting into safe mode showed blank latency, etc.
Hugs friends.
