Tablet CVUK-PC06-2GEN broken

Hello everyone
I have this tablet, the CVUK-PC06-2GEN and I can't get it to start up. When plugged into the mains with the battery connected, it shows the Android logo, then the word "loading" a few times and when it gets to what I assume is the desktop, it shows the message "turning off"
now it's disassembled, I plugged it into a power supply at its 7.4 V and it does the same thing, logo, loading and turning off. It's not the battery that was my first option, although the battery is also bad. It was charging one morning and the LED changed from red to green, but I tested it and it wasn't giving any voltage
and what I wanted to know is if anyone knows how to make the most of this gem of an acquisition
