These two are generic and are not from any company, so they come clean of apps from Spanish operators. I recommend the first one.
We can install them both if we have the bootloader open or if we have it closed. To flash any of these two FTF files, ICS Stock ROM, you need the flashtool. It is very simple and you can download it from the link that appears in the thread of Opening the bootloader to Xperia U
INSTALLATION
1º Unzip the FTF file and copy it to the firmware folder of flashtool and as we have installed the drivers of the terminal, USB, etc. we can proceed to install, for example, the Nordica stock ROM.
We open the Flashtool and choose the flashmode, as shown in the image:
And we will follow the steps as the images show. Phone off, download mode (power button and volume - key, waiting for the tool to notify us to connect the USB cable, this depends on the performance of our PC. Then we connect and the installation starts automatically. As you can see, it does wipes when installing the ROM. Phone data will be lost.
Enjoy these two stock ROMs without the junk apps from the operators.
