Are these temperatures normal?
-
Hello, I have an AMD Radeon 7990 HD mounted by Shappire, this one:

And the graphics card goes up to temperatures of almost 90 degrees just by playing Bioshock Infinite, the same with Crysis. The fan goes up a little and sometimes I have to turn it up manually…
Is it normal for it to get to that temperature? Do I have to turn the fan up more manually or is there a program? Does this happen to you guys? It's DUAL GPU, I'll show you the screenshots of each of the GPUs:

And finally another thing, why don't they work together instead of one working at full capacity and the other at 2 or 3%?
Thanks a lot in advance

Good
Those temperatures are normal, GPUs get very hot, although what is not so normal is that the fan does not go up much automatically. I do not see the photo (if you have put it) of the graphics in question, so I do not know how many fans it has, but you can try to turn them up manually when you play, to stay more at ease.
Greetings

Adjust it via software, there are simple ones although my preferred one (SpeedFan) is a bit more complicated to set up. Create a profile so that it doesn't exceed 80º in any of its components (you can check the different sensors with GPU-Z) and you forget about fiddling around.
Be very careful with certain programs, make sure that the regulation is correct so that you don't fry it due to a configuration error.

In duales it is normal to have higher temperatures, what you can do when playing is force vsync so that it only gives the necessary frames and make a fan profile with MSI afterburner, which speeds up the fan earlier, for example when passing from 65º the fan goes up, because the factory profiles are very conservative and only go up when passing from 80º, so then it is more difficult to cool it down.saludos
