Basic computer for office work, help

Hello colleagues, I need to build a computer for my work, to open emails, browse websites, maybe edit some photos in picasa and not much more, that is, something very basic, I was thinking of a PC, the problem is that I wanted to wait until after the holidays to see if the prices went down, and some have gone up and on top of that it happens that on no website do I have all the components that I wanted or thought to put, each website is missing something..:osvaisacagar:

The computer would be as follows, but I accept suggestions for a complete tower (without a reader since I will install win with a USB or using the reader of my home tower as a last resort) with a budget of about 240 -270 euros for the tower approximately

I appreciate the idea but a laptop doesn't work well for me. I type worse, the screen is small and it takes up space on the order table. Instead, a desktop goes under the table and the screen on the wall with an extendable arm. And I move the keyboard wherever I have space at the moment and some other details for which I don't want a laptop. Regards

I'm looking at them and they're very good for those who don't know how to build one, but building it from parts is much cheaper.
I'm considering, instead of the AMD option, the Intel option, something like this:

In terms of consumption, which option would consume more, AMD or Intel? Consumption is important for me in this case because where I'm going to put the computer, it's very important not to exceed a certain electricity expense.

Whether it spends more or less doesn't matter much since there's only an 11 W difference between 3220 and an A6.
That configuration isn't bad at all, and for what you're going to use it for, it would be great, I would tweak it a bit here and there, a heatsink is highly recommended because the ones that come with it are only worth the copper, and maybe an SSD instead of a mechanical one to make up for the lack of power, but again, these are just details.
If instead of a 22" monitor you got one of 18.5" or 19", it would be about 20 € cheaper.

I really like your idea, man, the monitor is the most important thing because every day my eyesight gets worse from spending 8 hours a day with the note 3…
If I remove the barracuda from the initial configuration I posted and put el.sd that you gave me, I won't have any compatibility issues, right? With 120 gb I think I'll have enough for Windows 8 and to browse...

I would go for an Intel Nuc with an i3, it's cheap, consumes little, takes up less space and you practically don't even have to assemble it.
