I want to put this PC up for sale and I don't know how much to ask for
-
Hello,
First of all, I apologize if this is not the right place or if this type of query cannot be posted. I do not intend to sell it here, it is to advertise it on sites like milanuncios or ebay or friends of friends on facebook. I also do not know if I should try it on hard2mano, but maybe on a site like that, without having made any sales, no one will buy it.
I put the Artic Accelero Xtreme III on the GTX 580 with the intention of overclocking, but no, I am too lazy to set it up and what I want is to buy a new computer, which is why I want to sell it complete.
I have seen people on milanuncios asking between 600e and 1000e for similar computers (I honestly had thought of asking for less). I also understand that some of the people who buy on milanuncios do not know the real value of the components or if they are already somewhat obsolete.
I accept suggestions:

On the one hand, it is much better than many of those that are offered pre-assembled in large stores, but the fact that it is second-hand already lowers the price a lot.
Then, depending on what you are planning to buy, perhaps you can use some of the components.
My advice: sell it by parts. You will get much more benefit even if it takes more time and some components remain unsold, or if you sell them far below your expectations.
Good luck. -
If you want to sell it as a whole, I think that around 450€ is a good price, maybe a little less, but it's sure to be around there given the prices paid in the second-hand market for each component. My equipment is very similar and cost me around 550€ or 600€ without a monitor, so in that case, I think it's fair.
Best regards!

Thanks to both of you!!!
I put 600e negotiable, so I already know how low to go. I think it's a good price

Hiola!!! I ask for your help again. It seems that it will be difficult to sell this as a whole, it's true that not even a day has passed, but I have "girlfriends" for the motherboard, CPU and memory. In case I can't sell it all together, what would you ask for motherboard+CPU+memory? What would you ask for graphics+collermaster?
THANKS again!!!
Best regards -
It's just that 600 didn't cost me mine, the first one from the brand, when I bought it brand new or semi-new (some components had months of use), that's why I tell you that I don't think you'll sell it all for that price, or even approximately. We're talking about a platform that has already become outdated for us, even if it pains us.
My humble opinion would be to ask for:
Motherboard + CPU + memory = ~250€
That would be the maximum price limit, in my opinion.Regards

Yes yes, of course, what I meant is that the first one who told me to negotiate I would lower it to 450e as you told me.
Hey, how much do you think it's fair to sell the 580 GTX with the Artic Accelero Xtreme III included. The Artic Accelero Xtreme III is new, just assembled and cost me 76e. I don't know how much to ask for it, I've seen all sorts of prices.
Thanks

Well the Accelero Xtreme III is new for about 55€ on Amazon, so you can still get about 40-45€ for it in a good case.
Regarding the GTX 580, a few have been sold on Hard2Mano in the last three or four months, none went over 90€ with shipping included. Therefore, you can get a not insignificant 130€ for the whole set.

If you disassemble and sell everything you will get more, but it will cost you more time and shipping costs (especially the box). If you sell it whole the value would be around 500€ (then what you ask for or haggle for apart). I sold mine a while ago that was similar a little more expensive (with a 560 but SSD 256, coolermaster power supply, lianli case…) and I sold it for 600€ because I am family.
What depreciates the most is the graphics card, cpu, motherboard, if you sell that now the better the better and the rest is not going to keep losing value, only the RAM which prices fluctuate and with the DDR4 they might start to go down to liquidate.
