Yo me estaba refiriendo a que hay que hacer cumplir la ley a los conductores, que sino imponer multas o castigos no sirve de nada. Está claro que las carreteras hay que arreglarlas, y yo no me puedo quejar, en San Sebastián, comparando con el resto de España, están bastante bien. Pero hay que hacer un esfuerzo por mantener un buen estado de las carreteras.
Pero poner unas carreteras perfectas traería otro problema, más exceso de velocidad. Y eso hay que controlarlo con radares, policías y tal. Que el conductor que va a infringir la ley de circulación sepa que tiene riesgo de que le pillen.
