Please update your OS(firmware) for each model, as follows ;- Applied Models
- DualPlay (DAH200 & DAH210)
- UltraSM (DAH-500)
- RockBox (DAH-410)
- How to update OS
- Run the manager (Software Program)
- Connect the player with your PC
- Select a proper device(Player) by checking model No. and images
- Click "OS Update" : "Edit" => "OS Update" => "Network OS update"
Now, you can play the latest version of WMA files downloaded from Windows Media Player(9.xx) directly or M-Any manager(Software Program).
