Is the voltage correct?

Well, seeing the voltages that are used, it shouldn't be. But as I put in the overclocking thread, on the Asrock z77 pro4, I was increasing it by 0.65 every 200Mhz, with 5Ghz I had to increase it to that value and I passed it. Then from there I couldn't go any higher. What I don't understand is why the hell they have that CPU PLL so high, 1.8, I imagine this architecture requires it or it's because of the fact of going up to 3.9 if turbo is activated. But if it's correct. Like it's correct that they are in single channel because they don't feel like picking up the other channel. I have to disassemble (first I'll clean the slots and the memos) but I have to look at the socket pins or if there's a bad contact between the CPU and the socket, although I see the temperatures as correct. Anyway, krampak, I could see myself being able to increase this much more, but the threshold of 5Ghz is not passed and now I'm stuck trying to fix the ram and then finish assembling the bases and books. Then I'll be motivated to try again to pass another one, because I don't understand how people have 1.5 and this happened to me at 1.2-1.3 (as cpu-z indicates). what a long story I've told to say that the voltage is correct according to cpu-z of course, because without verifying it mechanically I don't believe it.

Well, I've tried to give it a second squeeze to my 2500k but there's no human way to start at 5Ghz, and I've managed to pass Prime95 at 4.9Ghz… there must be an internal problem with the number 5 xD
Testing the new motherboard and RL (the hydro H70 is not much, it's saved because it had the detail of 190cfm's and the window open... but more or less like the noctua nh14).Sandy Bridge 2500K @ 4.90Ghz 1.59V (100x49) 1066Mhz @ 9-10-9-28 (RL) -> 17,495''

The hydro is not much to call it RL.
I've dismantled mine, because I've changed the tower. I'll sell it soon, when I feel like taking pictures of the parts :ugly: :ugly:By the way, what a nice little rig you have built…

Hello
here I leave you the photo of my first tests
Ivy Bridge 3770k @ 4.566Ghz 1.24V (101,5x45) 811Mhz @ 9-9-9-24 (Air) -> 17,846''as this is with a noctua d14 I don't think it would go much higher than this, but I haven't tested

more tests
Ivy Bridge 3770k @ 4.756Ghz 1.28V (103,5x46) 827Mhz @ 9-9-9-24 (Air) -> 17,145''
stabilizing it with the multi to 47 requires +1,30 of vcore and I don't see it clear

Ivy Bridge 3570k @ 4.60Ghz 1.29V (100x49) 800Mhz @ 9-9-9-27 (Aire) -> 18,429''

You forgot to make the capture with the ferelxyx loops.

My result of AMD Phenom II x4 945 @ 3600 - 46.551 s

**I also see a curiosity, why does the FX-8350 with 8 cores have a longer time than my Phenom?
On top of that, it's at a frequency of 4.415 Mhz.This software must not be very reliable.**

It must not be very reliable this software.
For me, of the most, of course it is single-threaded, hence the problems of the FX-8. The multi-core alternative is wPrime. But I already told you that apart from being simple it is the most reliable, to my liking.

well then with the new gadget

When I assemble a new team, I'll check if I have any of the 2500k… and now that I'm on a laptop, I'll give it my all on the benches, even if it's just to score something ¬¬

What a nice ranking
I'm glad to participate. I already left the cap in the cold topic but just in case...

Well this week I bought another laptop with ivy bridge. I think the brand that precedes this post should be updated, right? I did 29 seconds from a while ago….
Merry Christmas and a prosperous new year to everyone!!!!!
