      Hello
It's not worth investing in that, you can save a little more (I'm talking about 50-100€ more) and get a decent motherboard with an i3 micro at least, which is better than the one you put.

PD: Edit the post, bold is usually only used to highlight important data, but not for an entire post, it's a matter of manners ?

Well, I want something better than what I have... since what I have is no good at all... and when I want to play a decent game, I'm afraid it will be insufficient. Anyway, what I put up comes out to that price by selling what I'm wearing, since I already sold it. That's why I opened the thread to find out if that motherboard is compatible with the micro... because I have everything else.

        P.D.: Edited the bold.

          Great about the bold text.

That motherboard does support that micro. Check it out here.
But if you sell the motherboard and the micro you have, you will make a profit from what I'm saying, I'm talking about this:

          Gigabyte GA-H61M-S2V-B3 GA-H61M-S2V-B3 Motherboard

          Intel Core i3 2100 3.1Ghz Box Socket 1155 BX80623I32100

153€ in total and a very noticeable performance improvement. It's worth it.

But to that I would have to add the ram memory, and the price would skyrocket, because I wouldn't put 4gb but I would go for 8Gb at least so that it runs more or less smoothly. And the price goes up.

What I posted is to improve a little more what I have, I'm not demanding. I just want it to run a little better, nothing more.

Indeed, you would have to change the ram because the one on your motherboard is DDR2 and the one I put in you uses DDR3.

8Gb of ram is practically unnecessary right now and more so considering the motherboard and micro I put in you, which are powerful but we are talking about the low end in any case. Right now to play and under Windows 7 -32 bits (generally) more than 4Gb are a whim, with 4Gb it works perfectly and the memory is used 100% in most cases.

Honestly, to invest in what you put in the improvement you will notice is practically the same as after formatting and leaving the system clean.
Listen to me, it's not worth leaving 100€ on that.

Ok so I'll look at the budget for what you put together to see how much the total comes to… Thanks for the help friend ?

Decided, seeing the recommendation that Sylver has given me. This is what I'm going to buy.

                  Gigabyte GA-H61M-S2V-B3 GA-H61M-S2V-B3 Motherboard

                  Intel Core i3 2100 3.1Ghz Box Socket 1155 BX80623I32100

In the coming days, as soon as I have it assembled, I will give my first impressions...

It's a good configuration, better than the one you proposed. Besides, those memories are great.

You'll tell us your impressions later.
