      @XaviJS:

      As Cobito rightly told you, these errors per page are very normal. They are not signs of a hardware malfunction. Rather, they are a result of poor optimization by the OS to manage memory. But it has its methods to ensure that these errors do not become a problem.

      Run a memtest, make sure your PC is clean of any strange programs, spyware, etc. Try using Linux if you are familiar, to rule out hardware or software issues.

      Best regards!

      I know that normally these errors come up, but now there are a lot more errors (and it doesn't seem to be the hard drive's fault) and it freezes when opening programs ?

        Change hard drive and try with another one, that has a new/clean OS installation to see if the hardware does the same or not with it.
        I think that way you make sure it's not your operating system.

          If you have the OS on the SSD, run the diagnostic utility on it, because it might be dying ?

            it makes me happy that it has a 90% life left… this ssd has been with me for only 7-8 months and it doesn't look like it's failing.

              @Sylver:

              It's either the BIOS battery or you leave it plugged in every day to an active power outlet. What I'm saying may not make sense, but it happened to me, I left the PC off for a few days but connected in every way, power button on ON, power strip on... and every time I started it up ZAS, "your system has crashed because of overclock or whatever, please press DEL to get into the BIOS and re-configure your system or F1 to continue" and since I unplugged the power strip there's no problem at all. I start it up and it remembers the BIOS values well and doesn't show paranoia everywhere like before.
              Knowing you, you've passed the memtest, but just in case I recommend it, and then try the BIOS battery thing. As a last resort, update it and see what happens.

              Regards, buddy ?

              Well the problem is going to be an infection...you've got a reggaeton guy speaking in Spanglish in the system :risitas:

              Sorry for the offtopic...but I can't help myself

              Let's see what data the Memtest gives

                Incredible, also try changing the disk with a clean OS, it may shed some light on the matter.

                  so in the end I'm not sure if the graphics card won't be fried... this afternoon to rule out things I uninstalled the latest drivers and when I installed the new ones and restarted Windows it wouldn't boot (after the "starting Windows" screen I got a pink screen with all sorts of errors). I went into safe mode and it booted fine, I deleted the drivers and it booted fine without graphics drivers in normal mode. I downloaded an older version of the graphics drivers that I know work, and after restarting the PC Windows wouldn't boot again. After several restarts I managed to get it to boot, I put in a game to monitor temperatures and it didn't take 5 minutes for the image to freeze, the PC to hang and the graphics card fan to go full blast (fighter jet turbine mode [ON])

                  let's see if tomorrow I can get another old graphics card from the storage room and try with a clean installation of Windows, but things don't look good at all... this is getting annoying, I've already fried 3 gtx580s.

                    Dude, check that card or the power supply, because something there is not right when you fry 3 graphics cards in a row and the rest of the equipment stays unfazed… ?

                      Tio, mira aver esa placa o la fuente, porque algo de ahí no va bien cuando te petan 3 gráficas seguidas y el resto del equipo sigue sin inmutarse… ?

                      dudo que sea por eso. a la primera se le engancho el cable del ventilador de la grafica a las aspas del ventilador, se rompio el cable y del calenton que se llevo peto la grafica (por defecto de montaje)… y la segunda la rompio mi perro, por lo visto mi grafica se parecia a su juguete favorito :vayatela:

                        I doubt it's because of that. The first one had the graphics card fan cable hooked to the fan blades, the cable broke and from the heat it generated, the graphics card was damaged (due to a mounting defect)... and the second one was broken by my dog, apparently my graphics card looked like his favorite toy :vayatela:

                          this afternoon I reinstalled the operating system and the PC turned on, until I installed the graphics drivers and it stopped booting (it gets stuck on the starting Windows screen). In safe mode it does enter so I deleted the drivers, I put an NVIDIA 8600GT, reinstalled drivers and with this it works perfectly… so it seems that the graphics card has blown up with only a year of life and without doing the beast with the overclock (it has spent its entire life below 70º and stable at less voltage than it comes with from the factory).

                          let's see if there is luck and the people from izarmicro don't give me too much trouble to process an RMA

                              a clean original installation of windows 7 ultimate 64bits. I also think it's strange that it starts without drivers, maybe it has something to do with it working in 2d or 3d mode (due to aero or I don't know what effects).

                              Anyway, in the clean installation the gtx580 fails and the 8600gt that I borrowed my brother's code for without permission works fine so... :nono:

                                            Que jodienda… esque lo propio es que la probases en otro equipo (que obviamente la soporte) y ver si hace lo mismo... esque me extraña mucho que esté petada cuando lo que crea el conflicto realmente son los drivers, y sin ellos funciona, no tiene sentido, si estuviese petada no debería funcionar de ningún modo.
                                            Contacta con algún coleguita que tenga un equipo poderoso para probar en él la 580, antes de comprarte otra ni nada de eso, que te veo con el agobio. A un rato de coche tienes a Tecnho, ¿no?
