Sin añadir ningún componente tocando la bios, supongo que tocando un poco el voltaje y la frecuencia y core clock, y no se si habrá algún programa para tocar la Gráfica y el micro.

Prueba Afterburner + GPU-Z para gráfica, para micro desde BIOS + OCCT para monitorizar voltaje y temps + Prime95 Custom (Mín. y máx FFT 1792, 1 pasada/min. y 4000 en RAM) para comprobar estabilidad.

Que las temps de la gráfica no pasen de 80º, para micro será mejor que te mires una guía.
