I am setting up the website for my IT company and I would like to know where I can get the typical banners that some websites have where the image of people appears. Here I leave you the example:
I don't know if there is a page that gives me that template already done or how it works.

If you want to create your own banner, you should look for an appropriate photo and edit it with Photoshop to create the image, text, and size you want for the banner.
There are image banks where you can download, for a fee, with license limitations or for free, the images you need.
