Let's see how I summarize this post because I have a lot of material to work with. I hope you can help me, if not everyone, at least someone with my little problems.

      1st problem:

My PC stopped turning on, I changed the power supply and it worked BUT I have to turn it off from the power supply switch because as soon as the power comes back, the computer turns on, it doesn't wait for me to press the power button. I don't know if I explained myself well. It also happens that when I try to turn it off, it doesn't turn off. The system closes but the fans keep running and I have to unplug it or turn it off from the power supply.

In the BIOS I have already checked that the "AC back function" is correct to stay off when the electricity comes back but it's still the same.

I have also tried two different new power supplies and they are the same.

      2nd Problem:

It doesn't always start up. It always turns on, the fans make noise but there's no BIOS beep or image on the monitor. It turns on but doesn't start up. I have tried several things and removing the CMOS battery and putting it back WORKS but the next day or two days it fails again.

I put a new battery... but it's still the same.

      3rd Problem

When I bought the PC, it came with a liquid cooling system installed. It's a factory closed circuit, it doesn't have a tank that can be refilled.

For a while now, I hear noises like constant dripping but I look and there are no leaks. Rather, I think that after so many years, part of the liquid has evaporated and doesn't circulate properly but since it's a closed circuit, I can't change it. :S

The computer is very old and I have never changed any component, it's as it came from the store so I didn't think it was necessary to include the specifications.

Thanks to everyone, I hope for suggestions!!

        Hello and welcome

Do you have the latest BIOS installed? It might be corrupt (worst case scenario)
Have you checked/changed the rest of the components? (memory, processor, disks…) It would also be a good idea to run a memtest.
Boot problems as soon as power is applied are almost always related to the BIOS or a previous hardware failure that caused the computer to shut down incorrectly.

Regarding the liquid, I have no idea, maybe if you post some pictures we can see something, but if the circuit is airtight, no matter how much has evaporated, the water has not come out of there, whether as gas or liquid.

        Regards

          @Sylver:

          Buenas y bienvenido

¿Tienes la última BIOS instalada? Igual está corrupta (peor de los casos)
¿Has comprobado/cambiado el resto de componentes? (memorias, procesador, discos…)

          Saludos

Sí tengo la última BIOS, pero vamos no la he actualizado hace años porque ya no lo hacen y no he cambiado nada. He pasado el memtest y sale OK. No se qué más hacer. Para encender el ordenador tengo que quitar la pila y volverla a poner y así cada vez que lo apago.

Well, I think either the BIOS is messed up or the motherboard is faulty, but that kind of boot has to do with one of those two things for sure. And it sounds more like it's the BIOS.
I would also try a different power supply, just to rule it out.

            Regards

That is that the board is damaged, some component is about to break
a capacitor or something like that, retire the equipment
              regards

that's because the motherboard is fried, some component is about to break

                regards

lol so easy… xD but yes, I have already tried 2 different power supplies so it will be the motherboard and it's not worth spending more money Ç_Ç

                thanks a lot to everyone!
