ASUS ROG MATRIX GTX580 Platinum

I think the difference would be between the 5% according to this web

Could someone please pass me a link for overclocking this vga, basic configurations and that question please?
-
Those tests are with the 690, one the latest dual, with a 580 you won't notice it.
Put in Google 580 OC and look how far they go up. Pay attention to temps in GPU-Z and be careful with the memory, don't overdo it with the OC.
Have you bought it already? I would go for a Gigabyte 670 OC first.
-
If I have already bought it, it is used in good condition, the owner of the card needed money and sold it at a good price, the truth is that according to what I have been testing, it performs very well, the graphics are excellent for my taste, compared to the old cards I had.
-
If you overclock it, it will perform better, there is not much to learn to overclock that card, the only thing that these will have OCP, is to increase the frequencies little by little and if you increase something more, give it a little more voltage.
These have OCP but it is more for furmark or if they reach high temperatures, perhaps at 930 there will be no problems, although it will depend on how good that chip is.

Great your response thank you very much I will try it

Any recommendations for the OC now I'm having it like this.

-
What recommendations do you want?
-
And it couldn't be if the range is selected well there and that question ;D how much temp is it recommended to set it stable. I clarify that my cpu doesn't have liquid cooling just cpu fan (air) from the gabo sentey -

I just don't understand with that asus one, get the EVGA precision or MSI afterburner, although I see that it has voltage independent to the memory, 900 maybe need less voltage, I don't know if that says is 1,10v.
try some game to see what you gain, there are games like Hitman or sleeping dogs that have benchmark, lost Planets 2 also you will see what you gain by OC.
Let's see if someone who has had the 580 knows the voltage and frequencies that these graphics ask for, that asus should be good, although everything is relative.
That graphics seems to have very good dissipation and it will be strange to see it at high temperatures, the easiest thing is that it passes little of 70º and that with very demanding games, it doesn't seem worrying the temperature thing, pass a 3dmark11 to see what it heats up although the sleeping dogs would heat up more and you will see the temperature that can reach that card.

I don't know if this is normal but I tried it by default and I think the temperatures go up a lot. The game tested is Hitman Absolution Ultra 1920x1080 all maxed out

-
I must clarify that the ram memory of the pc is not the 8gb that is in my signature, it is also from the corsair series but the more economical ones, I do not know if that would have influenced anything there as well, in my opinion, that is the cause of these high temperatures.

They are pretty good temperatures, the memory I think should not look like this frequency although I also do not think they are 8000 mhz, you should put the GPU-Z to see at what frequency the memories are, because I think they should be lower in frequency, possibly if you have them so high that's why they heat up more than the GPU itself.
