15" laptop for programming

Hello, I have a 5-year-old Sony Vaio with an SSD and a 13" MacBook... I'm really happy with the performance of the Sony Vaio since I installed the SSD, but the 1280 x 800 resolution isn't very comfortable for programming... and the MacBook 5.1 with 4GB of RAM and 13" despite not having an SSD is very smooth...
The thing is, I wanted to buy a 15" MacBook Pro, but the €1800 price tag is holding me back... so I think I'll get a PC laptop instead...
So, the thing is, I'm looking for something to program on, I mainly do web programming but I prefer it to be powerful... I don't play games, so the graphics card doesn't need to be very powerful.
I'd like it to have an SSD if possible because the disk access is brutal, but looking at websites like pccomponentes or pcbox, I can't find PCs with SSDs as standard... I could buy one separately and install it, but for warranty reasons, I'd prefer it to come installed.
Do you recommend any brands?

almost better buy one that you like and put your own solid disk

You don't comment anything about the weight of the equipment or the size, so I suppose it won't matter much to you...
I use an Air of 11.6 and I'm delighted, but seeing that you're looking for a 15-inch or so, a colleague bought one of these not long ago:

And after removing the disgusting (pardon me, it's a personal taste) Windows 8 and putting Linux on it, it flies, literally flies.
The / directory on the 24gb SSD it has (more than enough for the system) and the /Home on the 500gb conventional disk it has. I was very surprised, it's light, small, fast and above all it has ETHERNET!! not like the air...If you're looking for a 14-inch one, you have this model
