Good morning, afternoons, nights, etc etc

For a week now, my tower won't start up. It's being stubborn.
Previously, it had given me some problems, like not recognizing all my ram (it would be solved by removing and putting the module once the dust was cleaned) and the last thing it did was not booting any Live USB [very strange thing].

Well, I went to turn it on one day and the screen stayed black, not even the bios message came up.

-I took almost everything apart [except processor and cooler] and put it back together. NOTHING
-I took out the battery for a few hours, pressed the clearCMOS button a million times. It started up, I configured the bios [raid etc] and when it was about to restart for that purpose, NOTHING went back to how it was. I repeated this process but it never came back to life.

-I've tried each of the 3 modules in each of the 6 sockets, individually, together the other way around, sideways and taped with glue and nothing, there's no way it will start up.

Is the processor dead? The motherboard?
The error codes it stays on are 29, 62 or something like that, but I've looked at it and haven't figured anything out.

Try putting in a single RAM module and with another graphics card.

Have you tried with another power supply?

It looks like the motherboard has something wrong with it, but it doesn't hurt to try.

I will try with the X1950 pro and with a generic xunga, but I think it will be the board…
I will comment on Monday when I return home. If it is the board

It would be necessary to know the specific codes, personally I think it is a problem with the pins of the board when making contact with the micro. Best regards.

But it was working fine, I haven't disassembled it or anything. So suddenly?

It could be that you had the pins with poor contact and now it starts to fail, because the memory module sometimes recognizes it and so on... it sounds like that, that this leads to other problems or that it has caused more problems too could also be.

Clear CMOS, different source and different graphics, without hard drive. If it still doesn't show any signs then you confirm that it's the motherboard or the micro.
You would have to disassemble it and observe the pins of the socket carefully, looking for any damage or small fluff, which sometimes…

                  Regards

I suppose you have already done it, but check each and every one of the capacitors carefully.
I have a board that refuses to start (not even with a Live USB) because it had a slightly swollen capacitor, but so little that I didn't notice it until I checked it in detail.

                      Best regards

                        ueeeee, I have good news ;D ;D

I have managed to get it to work well.

I have taken it apart twice, I have looked at the socket pins with a special magnifying glass, I have cleaned it of dust etc etc I have put it back together and voilà. It works :ugly: (For now)
