Hello, I'm thinking about upgrading my pc, which is a few years old, to a new gaming pc that allows me to play in ultra and without performance issues (as much as possible :P). I've been looking at the gaming pcs that pccomponentes has and I think this one looks interesting:

      https://www.pccomponentes.com/pccom-gold-envyus-le-i7-7600k-16gb-2tb-hdd-480ssd-gtx1080

      Specifications:

      Tower NZXT H440 EnvyUs USB 3.0 Black/White Power supply Thermaltake Toughpower Grand RGB 750W 80 Plus Gold Modular Processor Intel Core i7-7600K 3.8GHz CPU fan NZXT Kraken X52 Motherboard MSI Z270 PC Mate Hard drive HDD 2TB SATA3 SSD 480GB SATA3 Memory G.Skill Ripjaws V Red DDR4 2400 PC4-19200 16GB 2x8GB CL15 Graphics \tMSI GTX 1080 Gaming X 8GB GDDR5X

      How do you see it??

Do you think there would be a problem adding two more 8GB modules and making a quad channel?

I appreciate all kinds of recommendations.

      Thank youuuuuuuuu

The processor is the i5-7600K, it's a typo.

Overall, the computer is quite reasonably priced, that being said, keep in mind that the tower is a steal, and regarding the power supply, you have the EVGA G2 750W for quite a bit less.

From DC to QC there is hardly any difference in terms of performance.

The motherboard could be quite better, it's the base range of MSI and regarding the cooler, I suppose it's a matter of taste, but there are equally efficient and more economical air solutions as well.

        My suggestion.
        My suggestion with an i7-7700K.

        Edited.

Thanks a lot for the response and the info.
I'll take a look at your suggestions, thanks really.

You say the i5 typo because there's no i7 7600k 3.8GHz? Or how do you know?

When you say the tower is a steal, do you mean it's not worth it?

I said about DC or QC mainly because on pccomps they're a bit of a pain and don't let you modify the PC, so if I want 32GB I'd have to buy two more modules or get two of 16 and sell those two of 8 on my own. But if there's no problem with QC on that motherboard and with those mems, then it would be the most economical solution.

I already thought about the motherboard, getting a more gaming one, but as I said, they don't let you modify... You'd have to go directly to the configurator.

And regarding the liquid cooling, I'm excited about it, maybe it's a bit of a luxury, but I've never had a PC with something like that, so hey.... XD Anyway, it's cleaner and quieter, right? I'm just going by what I've heard....

He says that because that model does not exist. You can check the i7 list. As you can see, the 7600k only exists in the i5 range

As for the disk, why not put an M.2?

Well I had no idea that existed... So better something like this?

@Gussman Starting from the end, W7 on an M.2 is possible if we install the drivers on the installation medium; in native mode I think it doesn't recognize the device.

On the other hand, W7 doesn't have support for KabyLake. It doesn't mean it can't be installed, but it's going to give you a lot of problems; W10 is the way to go.

Regarding the power supply, 1000 W, really?
If you're going to set up a multi GPU, okay, if not, it's throwing money away.

I recommend that you ignore the pre-assembled computers, use the configurator and add the assembly, it's the same but you pay for what you really need to have.

                PCComponentes Configurator.

ok, thanks, I'll switch to W10, which I suppose is about time.

The power supply thing also seemed very excessive to me, and I have no intention of building multiple GPUs, yes.

Yes, if the configurator is what it possibly is, that's probably what I'll do, that's why I'm collecting info more or less about what might interest me... that PC seemed more or less what I'm looking for.
