Good morning, I am thinking of buying a Vega 56 and the power supply I have is an OCZ ModXStream Pro of 700W with 80 Plus certification! with two output rails of 12v and 25 amps. To all this I add two HDDs, 1 SSD, Ryzem 3600, 2 memory modules of 8gb at 3200, Noctua heatsink, 1 writer reader, Asus Rog Strix B450 Gaming motherboard and 2 fans of 200 and 1 of 120.
Do you think it will pull the power supply with all this and the new Vega 56 or will I be in trouble?

        Hello,

If you are not going to overclock (and even if you do), I think that power supply is more than enough for you. It delivers a lot of power on the 12V line and is a good brand (I have the same one in 500W, I am very happy with it).

At the same time, I use a CrossfireX with a Corsair of 650W + overclock, so I dare to confirm again that you have more than enough power.

        Best regards!

Thanks Sylver, in the end I opted for a Gigabyte 1660 Oc Windforce. I know it performs less than that Vega but it consumes much less and is super cool. In addition to all this, the Turing architecture is the most recent and the potential it offers is more than enough for 1080.

Sylver you know I love you but I must tell you that your Crossfire is a reason for intervention ?

I love you more, you proposed my rank, the respect and affection I owe you are eternal ❤

Now seriously, I've been needing to upgrade the CrossfireX for a while, I got a great deal on a new RX580 8Gb and... I waited 24 hours... And it went up... Almost double... And here we are, saving for Black Friday ?

Of course, not much is left for it now... It's just a matter of the right offer coming along.

              Best regards!
