I have had the Lenovo Yoga 3 Pro for 5 years. https://www.xataka.com/analisis/lenovo-yoga-pro-3-analisis
https://support.lenovo.com/ru/es/solutions/pd100359 For me, it is a magnificent device that has given me everything I needed on my trips. It is light, convertible and beautiful.
But above all, it has served exactly for what I needed it for. As a photography enthusiast, it is great.
It has an SD card reader and a 4K touch screen.
In addition, its 512MB M2 is more than enough to store the photos I take and its CORE M processor, although very limited, moves Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop perfectly.
I even allow myself to watch movies and series in HD and 4K occasionally by connecting it directly to a TV thanks to its HDMI output. In addition, one of its USB ports acts as a power bank for when I need to charge my mobile. Let's just say that I resist changing it but lately I can see that it is going downhill.
Originally, it came with Win8 and I updated it to W10. With each update that damn Windows puts in, the device gets worse, in addition Lenovo no longer supports this model, neither in drivers nor in anything, so functions like automatic mode switching (tablet, laptop,...) have stopped working with W10 So it's time for a change but honestly I don't see anything on the market that even comes close to this device.
I am looking for an ultrabook with the following characteristics.
      • 4K and touch screen
      • HDMI output
      • At least 1 USB A 3.0 (they all already come with USB C)
      • Convertible
      • SD reader (although I always carry a small USB reader so this would be dispensable)
Yes, I know that there is Microsoft's Surface but I am not convinced by the idea of having a detachable keyboard. ¿Any advice?

I revive this thread 5 years later, but I'm still exactly with the same problem. I still have my old lenovo yoga 3 and I'm still delighted with it but it's starting to falter.
Is there really nothing similar on the current market in the middle of 2025????

To be honest, I don't know what to tell you. At my job, we use a lot of Microsoft Surface Laptops, which have different models, including the Laptop Studio that can fold the screens in different positions and have a stylus. That said, I'm not sure I would recommend them, because it might be due to statistics, since we all use that brand and there may be close to 1000 units, but I see some strange things that I don't like, bugs. And then there's the connectivity, but I think this is something quite general when it comes to compact models.
