The craziest reboot I've ever had...
-
Hello friends!
I've been going crazy these days with what's happening to me. Taking advantage of the quarantine, I gave my PC a small update by changing the font and adding an SSD. I also took the opportunity to disassemble everything, clean it, change the thermal paste and reinstall W10. The curious thing comes now. Everything works perfectly, the games run great, BUT with two games something very strange happens: in CS:GO my computer jumps and restarts automatically. After a couple of times I decide to reinstall the graphics driver, optimize, etc. It keeps jumping. I thought that being a poorly optimized game it would be because of that. I change the game to Vermintide 2 and here comes the really curious thing: it restarts but ONLY when I finish a mission, on the count screen. Throughout the entire game, zero problems, but when I finish the phase, bam. I've done the test at least 10 times and it's always the same. I've tried other demanding games: Tomb Raider and COD and zero problems.
It smells to me like a software problem, for being something so concrete at that moment.
Has anyone experienced something similar? Any ideas what it could be due to?
Thanks in advance to everyone!

SSD: Toshiba TR200 500gb
Power supply: Corsair CX750MI have checked the temperatures and voltages with HWinfo64 and everything seems to be ok!

From my experience with unexpected reboots, I would take a look at the RAM or the graphics card. If you have a GPU lying around to test, see if it can reproduce the reboots. If not, a memtest for a few hours.

@cobito Thanks. I think I have an old graphic around, I'll try it out as you say.
